Meridian’s Park Cities offices occupy the second and third floors of the recently renovated One Energy Square building. It is located in the prominent Park Cities neighborhood with convenient access from either North Central Expressway (US-75) or Greenville Avenue and direct access to the DART light-rail line. Ideal for client accessibility, the property is located near numerous residential communities such as Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Lakewood, the M Streets, and Lake Highlands. The Energy Square campus was recently upgraded with a brand new outdoor plaza, beautiful water feature, putting green, and state-of-the-art fitness center. Dine at the buildings on-site restaurant Burger Bar or explore the many options for upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment in the neighborhood.
